田昕伟，博士（后），University of Southern Denmark（SDU）化学博士学位，主要从事食品精准营养递送&食品安全检测相关的研究工作。近年来在国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文数篇，获陕西省科技进步二等奖（2th/4，2023年）&陕西省高等学校科学进步一等奖（3th/6，2021年）。
