张向楠,男,1993年出生,博士学位,讲师。202312月获食品化学博士学位,攻博期间受国家留学基金委资助赴丹麦的哥本哈根大学University of Copenhagen)联合培养。20242月进入yh86银河国际官方网站工作,主要从事功能食品与分子营养学领域相关的科研工作。
