李婷,女,博士,副教授。2011年获西北农林科技大学学士学位,2014年获yh86银河国际官方网站硕士学位,2017年获香港浸会大学中药学博士学位。主要从事功能食品与分子营养学领域相关教学与科研工作,主讲《食品分子生物学》和《食品生物工程》课程。
入选2023年度陕西省青年科技新星。主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目各1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目各1项、陕西省科协青年人才托举计划项目1项、陕西省科技攻关项目1项、中央高校科研业务基金2项;发表SCI学术论文40余篇;参编教材1部;参与获得陕西省科技进步二等奖1项、陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖和二等奖各1项。
